  • Supermums are good at directing people, guiding people and pouring into them but sometimes they don’t take the time to lead themselves. When we lead ourselves properly, we make an example to the people that look up to us, including our children. 
  • Realize that work never really comes to an end. Which is why you have to take time to recharge yourself - you need to do this so that you have enough energy to tackle the tasks. Let yourself be comfortable in letting yourself be.
  • Put intentional 5-minute disruptions in your day. Schedule breaks in your day that you won’t let anything interrupt. 
  • Practice staying in the present and doing breathing exercises. Take the time to breathe, it will fill you with life.
