She helps ambitious women CFOs go from burnout, to a life of harmony and well-being so they can have more freedom and joy in their life.

Here’s a glance at this episode:

  • Burnout is essentially being in that state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged or chronic stress. The symptoms can be both physical and emotional: headache, exhaustion, detachment, a lack of motivation or energy.

  • In order for you to get out of survival mode and learn to thrive, you have to practice self-care, set boundaries, and get support. Surviving is reacting while thriving is being proactive. It’s about setting goals and making thoughtful decisions to design the life that you want.

  • Design the life that you want. Show up as your best self and gain control of your day by setting your intention and following up on it with daily action and honest accountability.

  • Life is all about juggling a bunch of balls in the air, you have to figure out which ones are glass and which ones are plastic. Get clarity on what is important to you in your life. Recognize the parts of your life that would hurt most to lose. Your relationships, health, joy, and dreams, are examples of these.
